7 Days to Die Gameplay Features:

This update has some big framework changes so starting a new game is a must. Please don’t try to salvage your old saved game. And for those of you that experience any problems please use your steam client to delete local files and reinstall the game. Also wiping your player profile data might be helpful.

7 Days to Die Key Game Features:

• Random World Generation — Play Navezgane or roll the dice and dive back into the game with friends in a randomized world with huge cities, towns, rivers, lakes, mountains, valleys, roads and wilderness locations.
• Upgradable Fort Building — Player built structures are assembled from framework which can be upgraded supporting wood, scrap metal and cobblestone upgrade paths. Hammer away just like real building and use Land Claim blocks to protect your fort in PvP.

    KAGE! Please help me out here, I was using upside-down spikes and the wall design you have but finding that zombies weren’t hitting the walls AT ALL. Do you have this problem? It makes horde nights so boring because it’s no risk 🙁

      my base is the EXACT same, give or take size, they just don’t hit the poles whilst crawling, they do for the half a second they’re standing

      zombies will get in with kages base or a base done like this. if you watched the hoard nights youd notice he needed to repair poles and if left un fixed they would of came in

      I really like this so much but maybe I’ll hang half blocks rotated up or something, no fun otherwise

      instead of putting pole on ground have it rotate to the top. zombies cant hit the pole when there so close to ground. im pretty sure crawlers will get in though but its been a long while since i us the pillar or pole defense. personally i rather use the overhang exploit

      is there anyway to stop it? like put the spikes facing up or just removing them completely??

    Does anyone have any good base ideas? I’m on day 28 of my play through and I have an ungodly amount of iron and stone to make concrete with and I made a decent base but I want something much bigger and better looking…anyone have some pointers or good videos I should watch? Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys!

    Probably the easiest/safest option when you come to fix up the south alphaduct — pick up the blade traps and then just stick a couple of frames under each ‘hanging’ column. That way, you can chop out the top block with the rest of the column staying fully supported until the new block is in place.

    Hey kage, the knife guy perk is the same as the miner 69er perk that you talked about.. Dont go higher then level 4 otherwise you only get half the meat, instead of taking 2 hits to harvest the carcus it only takes one therefore you only get half

      I was getting 12 meat on level 4 with 2 hits for a boar, 1st hit got me 5 and second got me 7 but now it only takes 1 hit and i only get 7 meat for the first and only hit..

      also, rather than breaking out all of the round poles, pick up the blade trap, prop up the poles, then break the top one and replace it with the square one
